Abstract

Over crowded classes generate great difficulties to follow the learning process of each student and the access to significant knowledge. The concern to find other ways to solve this problem in addition to technological facilities in the college we work made us question the way Operation Research was being taught (Course of the 3rd year syllabus of Public Accountant and Bachelor in Administration careers) and to rethink practical aspects incorporating NTIC and lab computing classes where specific software has been taught since 2000.

To asses the results of this new educational process surveys were carried out at the end of each academic year. This work aimed at describing our experience, introducing the results obtained in 2005 academic year in comparison to those reported at the time of NTIC implementation analyzing the data provided by the surveys.
