Resumen

The current cultural change process and the ongoing global transformation increases several demands in a certain level of proficiency required from organizations, much more present by companies. Relationship between business partners and requirements regarding the form more integrated and have been made necessary more balance evolved natural resources have also evolved to a higher level of consciousness and it does that in the sense of development and its stakeholders relationship. The knowledge management imposes more level of transparence, ethical condition and administrative changing. And everything reflects in organizational culture and his internal and external elements that needs more balanced information and culture, reflecting reputation, liability and mainly conceptions about relationship of corporate management, emphasizing circumstances in general condition to administrate companies through competitive conditions and behavior attitude, involving the stakeholders.
