Abstract

Corporate Sustainability has become part of the strategic planning of organizations nowadays. Many corporations have begun to see sustainability as the engine for innovation. Under this perspective, this article proposes a new qualitative methodology for maturity analysis applied to sustainability and innovation initiatives in organizations. The tool developed assesses the different phases of maturity in sustainability, based on the concepts of Triple Bottom Line and indicators of the Global Report Initiative. As a result, a framework that enables organizations to diagnose their degree of maturity of sustainable innovations in their processes, products or services was created.
