This study is concerned with the following approaches: McKinsey 7- S, the method Baldrige National Quality Program, the Moreira approach, and the Balanced Scorecard methodology (BSC). The methodological approach used was the exploratory and qualitative research, using the technique of content analysis, from where the principal existent differences, among the researched models, are systematically presented, as well as their limitations, bringing a critical analysis, their applicability and/or adaptation to the Managerial Logistics.
