This study was developed based on the identification of an association of confidence of the employees into the enterprise with organizational commitment. Thus, a descriptive research took place, with a quantitative approach, surveying 76 collaborators from the company Beta, which works in the field of monitoring and security. The instruments used to collect data were the ECEO (Scale of Confidence of the Employee in the Enterprise) and the EBACO (Scale of Basis of Organizational Commitment). For the analysis of data, it was used: descriptive statistics, factorial analysis, and Pearsonâs correlation coefficient, in order to establish a relationship between the constructs. The study points that the original factorial structure of the two instruments was not confirmed in this research. As main results, it was evident that trust is much more represented by the ethical standards and organizational solidity, while commitment is configured as an affiliation between the members of the organization. It was also indicated that there is an association between the factors. And as limitations of the study, based on the size of the sample, the authors can infer that the results cannot be generalized.
